I have pork steaks and ribs on the SmokeFire , and high winds and hail moving through .
Under cover , and so far so good . I do have the oven warming up .

Hope your weather holds! Didnt make the pic: grass fed skirt steak from argentina. Sausage was pork/beef argentinian chorizo from a special meat market in Jersey City. Everything was great!

And I've never seen flanken short ribs cut that thick.
Bet it was all tasty.

Yeah, the skirt was nice, it was the whole skirt the entire width of that grill, two of em. Very thick cut on the shorts. Tasty
