Hope your weather holds! Didnt make the pic: grass fed skirt steak from argentina. Sausage was pork/beef argentinian chorizo from a special meat market in Jersey City. Everything was great!Oh man ,,,, That looks fantastic . I bet it smells the same .
I have pork steaks and ribs on the SmokeFire , and high winds and hail moving through .
Under cover , and so far so good . I do have the oven warming up .

Yeah, the skirt was nice, it was the whole skirt the entire width of that grill, two of em. Very thick cut on the shorts. TastyToo bad about skirt steak not making the pic. I would like to see it.
And I've never seen flanken short ribs cut that thick.
Bet it was all tasty.
