First off thanks to everyone for there suggestions and information. First electric smoker is on the way. Also bought a cover and a Thermopro TP 16.NO just continue to do some browsing and reading. What to do first? Looking for suggestions and guidance on the next step. Smoker will be here first of next week so......get here already so that I can use you...patiently waiting

Picked up some last night. Same ones that they had on Amazon Walmart had for 2.50 for the large bag. I think the brand is western
