Looks really great!We need to know more about this! Dont just tease us lol! In that second picture are those pickled red onions? Looks very tasty! Give us the run down on what you did.
 
They are pickled red onions...and candied jalapeños!

Smoked the pork butt about 13 hours at 240ish in my Masterbuilt propane - hickory, apple, maple.

Pulled it off at 205 degrees.
Let it rest for about an hour.
Came apart in my hands.

Nice! Very nice! I love jalapenos and candied ones are awesome! When we can out garden jalapenos i always do them in a bread and butter style pickle. Sweet and heat. And you cant beat a pickled red onion on pulled pork! Once again looks great! Keep up the great posts!
 
Man it all looks great and like everyone else love the pickled onion and jalapeños with the pork. I also make bread and butter jalapeños.
