Here is something that works great .
Pulled pork paste

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1/4 cup agave

1/4 cup hot sauce

1/4 cup liquid butter
Apply when you wrap at 160

It is the sweet syrup extracted from the agave plants that is the sugar component in mash to distill tequila.
