If you have leftover pulled pork you can give this a try. It turned out good!
I did it in the instant pot.

4 cans chicken broth
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans black beans
1 can corn
3 cans chili ready diced tomatoes
2 small cans of fire roasted rotel
2 diced onions
2 pounds left over pulled pork
4 tbs chili powder
3 tbs garlic powder

Awesome. Mrs BD makes tortilla soup with my leftover PP. Same for any leftover chicken. Love it! And this recipe is a winner! B like !

This is very timely. I tried out making pulled pork in the pressure cooker. It obviously is nothing like BBQ, but it was still tasty. However, I have a LOT of it leftover, and this might be interesting to try. Thanks!

Thanks guys! By the way this will create a huge pot so you may have to cut in half. It’s just my wife and I and it took us 4 days to eat through it all. Obviously play around with the chili powder and garlic powder amounts. The amount of chili powder and garlic powder listed was more of an approximation since I don’t measure lol
