Smoked a 4lb picnic roast for about 7 1/2 hours. Wrapped when temp got up to 175F. I was busy with client issue. Oops. Still juicy and flavourful.

Looks good to me. Hard to go wrong on pulled pork unless undercooked.
 
And the left overs are hard to beat
 
Your pulled pork looks great! We always have some in the freezer here.
 
Looks tasty, we always do extra around here, vacuum pack and freeze the leftovers. Excellent quick meals when needed.
