pulled pork question

Hey all, doing 2 15 pound shoulders for pulled pork, My question is, roughly how many pulled pork sandwiches should I get out of 30 pounds of meat?

30 pounds cooked = 120 1/4 pound sammies

your yield for butts should be 50%

yield for picnics 40%

So 30 pounds oF butt = 15 pounds cooked = 60 1/4lb sammies
