Pulled Pork on the RT-1250

I've had the RT now for a couple months. Here are a couple picks of a boneless butt I picked up from Costco. I tied it up with a little twine.

What was your heat profile? I do mine at 180 for a hour or so then 275 till done. My last two too about 8-9 hours.

Did you use finishing sauce? That is the money!

I put them on about 9pm at 225 got up at 3.30am wrapped in butcher paper, about 7am bumped up the temp to 250 and at 9am umped up to 275. took them off to rest around 11.15 shredded them about noon. No sauce Injected with Kosmos pork injection and rubbed them PS Blue Ribbon Rib Rub & Notorious Pig Rub.

Looks GREAT! Just bought a boneless butt (have smoked DOZENS of bone-in, but never boneless), and I will try the mentioned temp profile.
