Looks terrific, Adam. I am doing some PP for a Gyro event. Can I pick your brain? Did you reheat the pp or just keep it warm? How did you keep it warm for serving? I was thinking of cooking it overnight and keeping it warm in crockpots.

I did a overnight smoke.   I wrapped in foil late into the smoke to get it done. 

After they were done I pulled them and put the PP into a Nesco turkey cooker and dumped some of the foiled juice in.  

The pork never got cold.

I just got informed yesterday there is a 3 dayer coming up.

They want PP to sell again.  

Probly 6 butts for 3 days.
