Has anyone ever used pulled pork in their chili instead of the usual ground beef? I did this last time I made chili for our car club... it was awesome! It added a whole new dimension to an already proven recipe.

You have to try it if you haven't!

I'll bet pulled or chopped beef brisket would be good also...

i have used smoked beef shoulder roast, that i shredded. i have also used pulled point from a brisket. was really good.

Great idea, have to try it on the next butt.

That list could be longer than you think... lots of folks don't like beans, or peppers, or cat, or... no wait... did I say CAT?! Sorry.

Yeppers great stuff. Someone here suggested it a few months back and it was awsome. I thought it was Chris Harper maybe not maybe Chad? Anyway it really makes a great chili - try it!
