Sure , bottom of the first post in this thread . Don't need to ferment , but you can if you want . I do the same for bread , pizza , pretzels or whatever . Just keeps it easy for me .BTW, any chance you can share your recipe for that loaf of bread? Looks nice too!
Just do a double rise and bake it off . I brushed melted butter on this one after it came out . Makes a soft crust .
