So I cooked up some pulled pork for the boys...
Slapped on some mustard and some home made rub:

The next morning I pulled them off the Cimarron and let em rest for a while

My next challenge was wrestling this away from the pup

The finished product

It passed the test

My wife ended up making some burritos the next day that were amazing and I foodsavered about another 3 lbs.

Great looking bark you've got going, and I also see a satisfied little one helping herself to the good stuff. Congrats Harold.

Nice looking PP... Looks like ya used shoulders. I gotta try that one of these days as I always use pork butts for PP. Those leftovers will be just as good as fresh when ya get around to usin 'em...

Great looking bark. Looks like maybe you didn't foil the whole roast? I sometimes finish mine in an aluminum pan to hold the juice, but so that the top part maintains a nice bark.

You have the qvue nailed, and it looks like the pulled pork as well! Nice looking food, glad to see the pic of your little girl sneaking some pieces!
