Those sammies look delicious, so many things I would like for lunch today, ...thanks for the roll recipe, I've made your wife's egg bun recipe you posted and I'm looking forward to trying these too.

I really like the color of the pork, ...the Tahitians think it's burnt if they see black, they just don't understand the "bark" concept.
