Hey all, as most of you know Josie (SmokinVegasBaby) lost her husband Jerry recently & talking with her, she said his favorite meal on the smoker was pulled pork !! So the only thing I could think of as a tribute to him was to smoke an 8 lb. Boston Butt for pulled pork.... So with some help with the rub from my daughter (she's six) we started the smoke!! So Jerry, here's to you. :th_wsmsmile0ly:

Thanks for looking,

Justin

A very kind and appropriate tribute to Josie and her husband.  Smoked pulled pork in memoriam Jerry.

You are a good friend, Justin.

Nice Justin...looks like it was developing a real nice bark.  How'd it turn out?

Red

Turned out great Red, thank you for your kind remarks ! I will post the finished pics here shortly.... Ended up being quite a late night as the butt had a heck of a stall, longest one I've ever experienced... Thanks again !

Nice Job, and nicer gesture!!!

Wow, great bark and smoke ring. It adds great color once it is pulled.

Plated shot looks sticky. Lol
