Looks like you'll "pull" it off!

The 180 degrees reference, is that the internal temp of the meat right now, or the pit temp?  I'm hoping it's the IT...

How are you monitoring temps while you are at work?
 
I go in at 5am and I was home at 930 for my "lunch break" to check and ended my day at 1 this afternoon. Wifey was home to keep my updated on the IT. I use a MES30.

I've done that before as well, but usually when one of my boys are in town.  I'll call every so often and ask what the temp is and have them make adjustments as needed.
 
I also have to little ones running around so that's why I went with an electric unit. Lets me do the smoke thing while I chase them around!!!
