Made a pulled ham for the first time. Fire went out when it hit 200 IT. Maybe should have took it a little higher, but it pulled ok. The glaze was a bit over powering but still pretty good. Foiled at 160 and glazed 4 times till it hit 200.

Not sure how we all missed this but it looks great! Some of us are getting ready to do some pulled ham again and this popped up on my feed.
 
Stuff gets bumped down the page so fast at times .
Looks great . I've only done it once , but it makes a great sandwich .
Nice work , time to do another one . Lol .

It does look good. Mine just finished. Finished in the MES and just turned it off. Let it hang out in there for a few hours.
