Pulled ham frittata

Needed to clear some stuff out of the fridge, so here's a pulled pork ham, spinach, cream cheese, and cheddar frittata sitting in my cast iron skillet :)

Curious.. is it pulled ham like the title says or pulled pork like the description says? They're two different things with the ham being cured and the pulled pork is not.
