I have never made pulled chicken and I wanted more practice with my sfb vertical smoker.

A couple boneless skinless breasts seasoned.

In the smoker at 225 -275 using lump and oak.

Some nice smoke I think.

Took about 3 hours. Rested then pulled.

Added some bbq sauce and cheesy taters.

Chicken being the meat that take smoke the easiest I figured if I can make this I can make anything in the vertical.

The smoke on the chicken was very lite. Almost needed more. So I think this was a success.

Gonna use the leftovers for chicken salad.

My best kind of meals are the easy ones. Lookin' good!!!

That Redi Check has seen some smoke and I'm sure has stories to tell... :241:

The first image, when I saw it out of the corner of my eye, looked like some type of jellyfish at the aquarium.

I have had that mav for many years. 100's of smokes. Still works great.

Tasty looking sandwees!

Points!

Try mixing the pulled chicken into egg salad.

I have several cookbooks from my 3 Grandmas and crazy cooking was the Craze.

Besides weird gelatinous concoctions, chicken egg salad (normally thighs) is in all three books.

I like smoked chicken salad, maybe its time to mix the which came first. The chicken or the egg!

Looks delicious Adam!

Pulled chicken is a favorite around here!
