Love pulled chicken. Usually do a whole bird but thought I’d give chicken thighs in a pan a try and they turned out pretty good! Need to make a few adjustments but 10/10 will make again. I did a honey chipotle seasoning that was great on a brioche bun with a vinegar forward slaw.

Best part about using a pan is you can save all the juices (+ addt’l homemade stock and honey), reduce by 75% and redistribute the “smoked demi-glace” throughout the pulled meat.

That looks and sounds great, I could sit to a couple of those.

These remind me of the burgers from The ChickenBurger.

Now I will have to smoke a chicken and rip it apart, thanks for posting.

We love chicken and gravy burgers, there is a fast food place in Bedford just 10 minutes or so down the road , called The ChickenBurger that has been there for more then 85 years, Canadas oldest drive in diner. Started in 1940.

It was just sold from the original owners, now more costly and smaller orders, thats too bad.

So we try to make at home now
