Hunh, I picked up an 8 lb picnic shoulder roast the other day for $5.30...crazy. I'm smoking it later this week to tide feed me through the weekend. Nothing like pulled pork sandwiches at work! This'll be my first attempt at pulled pork so keep your fingers crossed for me!
