You know how anytime you are measuring out honey or molasses a lot of it remains in the measuring cup?
I thought I would pass along this tip. If you spray your measuring cup with non-stick cooking spray just before you fill it with molasses or honey, none of it will stay in the cup. The first time I tried it I was amazed at how well it worked. I
I have also used this method when measuring any thick/sticky sauces (i.e. prepared mustard, ketchup, etc).
