I got a hunk of Prime Sirloin at Costco for $4.29lb. Cut that bad boy down into some steaks and decided to grill them up.
I used some All American BBQ Rub, I normally only use Slat and Pepper on my steaks but wife wanted to try it out. They came out quite amazing. Better than most steaks I've had at some of these fancy expensive Steakhouses. They looked great outside and in. Next time I'll get some better pictures.
