I just picked up a 8 lb prime rib roast at Tom Thumb for $4.99 per lb. Not sure if they are on sale in your area, but I am in Lewisville, TX.

Crap, I thought that prime rib roast at Harris Teeter for $5.99 was a steal. I picked up a piece on Wednesday and cooked it on Friday for supper. It was great.
