Prime Rib Leftovers
This tends to be half the fun of making a Prime Rib. I always plan on having Leftovers for 2 or 3 days.
So the second night, after the Prime Rib Dinner, I took most of the Leftover Prime Rib & cut it into small strips.
Then heated it up in a Pan with some Butter to keep it from burning.
Then some Tallarico’s Steak Sandwich Sauce on the rolls, with some “Mt Olive Mild Hot Banana Peppers”.
Then I divide all the Prime Rib Strips evenly on the two prepared Steak Rolls.
Top those with some American Cheese, and Nuke until melted.
The Third night, I Put the leftover strips (heated) on a plate, with the leftover Broccoli, and the leftover Taters Au Gratin. (This is why I love my Microwave).
That’s about it for leftovers, except I saved one Small Slice of Prime Rib, for something special that’s coming up next on my Menu.
Thanks for stopping in again!!

Then divide up the Heated Prime Rib Strips on 2 Rolls:
Put some American Cheese on (No provolone in stock):
Nuke to Melt Cheese:
And Finally this plate finished the leftovers of all 3 items, except for one small slice of Prime Rib I'm saving for something special.
