If you can find it at your Trader Joes. they sell a Orange+champagne grape vinegrette.
Par boil the BS in salted water until almost tender and drain. Then saute bacon, onions and garlic in a pan. Once almost cooked, add the BS and saute until the BS are lightly browned. Then add the Orange champagne vinegrette until it tastes balanced. Serve hot. I like left overs hot or cold
In the past, I've use orange concentrate, white wine vinegar, and some sugar.
