Hello from Texas! I've spent many hours reading forums on here, but have just never created my own account... figured it was time to join y'all! I'm from Lubbock (Texas Panhandle). I've been grilling very regularly for 10-12 years and really have gotten into smoking in the past two years. Spent yesterday afternoon smoking a brisket flat to get warmed up for the full packer and ribs I'm smoking for the in-laws next week. It's good to be here (and finally contributing)! :D

I have a MES, but definitely prefer cooking on my offset!
