Cheese and Almonds were a hit last year, so back at it.
Made a double batch of johnmeyer almonds last week. My mistake for trying to do 4 racks worth in the MES 40. Bottom ones get a little too close to heating element even rotating racks, ended up with an ever so slight burnt taste, not gift worthy. So a new batch today.
