Tight on time tomorrow, so I’m getting ribs into the smoker. I pulled them off the smoker early IT 175-185. Wrapped in foil and in the fridge.

Tomorrow I plan to add water/juice/rub to foil, bring up temp (195-200) in the oven and finish by broiling.
Does anyone have experience doing this?

Sounds like it should work out fine.

I'm not sure if I would broil them. Maybe just bake them at 225-250 to finished temp.

You should be fine. I just cook mine to my usual 193–200 and they taste great if I heat them up in the oven next day. Seems like you can’t hurt ribs as long as there cooked enough. I just toss mine on a plate in the oven or a cookie rake by the way the your doing it sounds even better lol

I’ll update on how they turned out. Will add butter, rub and water on top and heat them at 250.

They heated well and were bite through. I finished them to broil and give some char! It was a great super bowl
