Well the first one didn't turn out like planned but still tasted great!
It was a breakfast with egg, cheese, peppers, onion.

The second one I think turned out great. Same on this one except didn't put green peppers on it! Apple wood bacon and smoked it using apple wood..

I know my kids absolutely love these things.
