Ok, seen this adked the other day, The chart might hep!

Now I didn't se any mention of the fridge temp that the chart was based on, but it takes me 3 days to completely thaw a whole chicken in the fridge. Don't misunderstand me, I think a chart can be very useful when all the details are presented. Thanks for offering some help, we all can use it at one time or another.

I'm guessin they used 38* it came from Betty Crockers web site.
