What did you get for Christmas? Post a photo here!  I'll be back with mine right after the family open their presents.

Merry Christmas!

Santa hooked me up this year. I got the following:

Themapen (orange) with a glow in the dark rubber cover

Two different kinds of salt to add to my collection (I like specialty salts)

Lodge Cast Iron Pans

And the Thermapen came with a small key chain version.

I am working on a Picture to post.
Very nice LInk. I'm hoping from some cast-iron wear myself. I've only got one small dutch but am really getting into cast-iron cooking. b

Yep.  Told everyone I wanted stuff for the cooking time.  Just got started after Father's Day this year and anything I got was going to be a good addition to the cabinet.

Great thread, Brian!  Looks like lots of guys made great hauls this Christmas!  My Santa Claus was definitely better to me than I deserve...Here are the cooking/smoking items I was fortunate enough to receive:

I got 3 new kitchen knives:  a Henckels 8" Chef's Knife and a Calphalon 2-knife set with a 4 1/2" Paring and a 3 1/2" Paring.

I also got a new Wusthof knife block to replace an old, ratty-looking block that was well past it's prime

Got a new knife sharpener too...its a ChefsChoice 3 - stage electric.  I've already put it to use to sharpen up a couple of my older knives that had dulled beyond use...it did a great job of putting a nice edge back on them!

Got a new digital kitchen scale.

New electric 1 -Touch Pepper Mill...

3 different rubs from Simply Marvelous...they're becoming some of my favorite rubs!

And last but not least...a new grilling basket.  I'm looking forward to grilling and smoking some fish, shrimp, and veggies in this!

Mrs. Red must believe I was a very good boy this year!

Hope everyone's Christmas was a merry one!

Red
