just did the 3 b's with the burnt ends ... panned em and put em back on the smoker ... time to make em candy ...


the 3 b's ??? butter,BBQ sauce, brown sugar .....will stir em all up every 30 minutes or so ...should all be done another hour and a half

I've been in/out of the kitchen/patio most of the day with my spread, and it pales in comparison to yours.

here is ends , tried one.. little tough, need to get another hour or 2..ribs will be done in a couple hrs .. lets say 6 oclock, its 4 now 


slow and low ... will get it all there ...... ribs are 193 .. I am looking for 203

ribs all done .. was 204  internal,.. full of juice ... just opened em up to take a pic,will have to rest em for at least 45 minutes ..here is a quick pic ... full of liquid right now ... 


right out of smoker 

 steaming hot, 204 degrees .. lettin em rest, will eat maybe tomorrow

Guisado de puerco con tomatillos, frijoles pintos, arroz Mexicana and mejillas de carne.
Pork stewed in a tomatillo based sauce, pinto beans, Mexican style rice and beef cheeks.
The beef cheeks were smoked over Hickory for 3 hours, and are back in the smoker braising in broth for a 2-3 more hours.

Nice, I hope y'all enjoy the rice recipe.

Well, here is the burnt ends ... little dark  ... lol.. tasted em. and they are real good .. 


little dark, but taste is good .. later on we will make a pork tenderloin sammie ., baked  beans and deviled eggs ...

Thanks Richie,tenderloins came to temperature in like 1 hr and 15 minutes was real fast ...thanks for the point as well 
 
Well, thanks for compliment, also the cutting board is from a member right here on the forum .. he is a machinist .. he made the sign in front of my BBQ area,Grillin and chillin also sent me these cutting boards, and a grill mat for my grill.. all cut from a waterjet ,,, his member id is ritchierich  he sells stuff like this,and will make you signs,etc .. matter a fact, I am gonna contact him for another mat and a big cutting board like the pig ... lol ...here is another pic with another board he sent me ,, a chili pepper .. bet Chilerelleno will like this one lol...

He will cut these out on a water jet, anything you want I presume ,, out of just bout any material ,, I have a BBQ mat that is the same as the pig cutting board ,...ritchierich

he cut grillin and chillin for me out of metal and i put on the board, on both sides
