Pork butt was on sale for 99 cents per pound...we bought some. Decided to make some country style pork ribs with the boneless part and make breakfast sausage with the rest. Ended up with 4 pounds of breakfast sausage and a pile of country style ribs, hickory smoked. Crock pot green beans, tomato pie and iced tea rounded out the meal. Simple spread...pics follow:

You might think its simple but we know what went in to that meal, we can see it, and it looks delicious.

My wife and I have decided we prefer CSR's over on the bone ribs. When done well, they can be just as tender and tasty, easier to eat and more economical. And I like ground pork in other dishes.
