Just got home so now it is time to work 3/4 of a bushel of Crabs.will post some pics later or in the A.M.

The potato cake I grew up with was just that left over mashed potatoes add a egg or 2 depending on the amount of potatoes and chopped onion make into balls flatting the balls and brown both sides.
