First time smoker. 4 lb Pork tenderloin @ 225 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Cooked in a Masterbuilt electric smoker MES 130P using cherry wood.

It was moist and super tasty. I thought it was a little sweet (cherry wood) but everyone else said it wasn't. Must be the ipa messing with my taste buds lol. Will definitely do it again.
