Pork Steaks

Love me some bbq'd pork steaks, with either sauce carmelized on them or fillipino bbq marinaded. After 40 years being married, my wife finally tried grilled pork steaks a couple weeks ago and realizes now why I love them

Looks great Charles! New to pork steaks but got into it by running schwenkbraten last year. Also think these steaks could be ran as jerk pork as well.

Looks delicious. I had pork steaks for dinner too except with a salad and acorn squash. The better half likes the fat more rendered out so I usually put them into a aluminum pan for 45 min with some water and cover after grilling. Then sauce, set and serve. They were a staple growing up in STL with mauls bbq sauce. The sauce has been impossible to find anymore since they got sold which is a shame. Used the last gallon a few months ago.

Looks good. Pork steaks have just never been a thing in my world, then again I've always thought pork chops were overrated...but people love them. I bet they ARE good slathered in that sauce.

Looks good Charles . I cut a bunch a few weeks ago . Need to get some thawed .

We are all about pork steak and chops here. Mona would have no problem have that a few times a week. She likes hers basted with Soya sauce, with mashed potatoes and butter
