First pork shoulder I did on my camp chef. Thought it came out pretty good. 6 pounds and some change on the smoker at 225 for about 8 and a half hours. Weber hickory pellets and smokin gunz sweet heat rub. I had an accident with some cayenne pepper but it didn’t affect the outcome too much, a little too much heat but still pretty good!
