Grabbed a pork shoulder at the local grocery on ssle for 99 cents per lb. Been a little bit since i fired up my masterbuilt, new job an all. Coated with mustard an dubbed with Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub, never had this one before but heard some talk about it so i gave it a shot. Wrapped up an into the fridge till tomorrow morning.

They also had tenderloins on sale so i grabbed one of them too for some black pepper an mapple canadian bacon.

Post wrapand rest pulled at 205 rested for an hour. Wanted to rest longer but got a late start due to my pid dieing on me.
