So I had some awesome pork wings at a neighborhood restaurant so I decided to try to make them
6 pork shanks trimmed and seasoned with Kuller Hogs Bbq seasoning over night

This is what they looked like after 12 hours in the fridge . The rub has created this beauty paste

Added some five spice before putting on the 22 SSP with lump and post oak

Sprayed with cranberry juice and rice vinegar after 1 1/2 hour before I flipped

Then in a pan with korean bbq sauce and covered pit running at 250
