Pork Shank For Traeger.

I was going to put on my kettle but my neighbor said put on my traeger so you dont have to tend the charcoal all night.
Yeah but.

Oh ok.

Took the skin off, did a slight trim. 9.8 pounds now.

Got rubbed with pym.

Put a coating of Jeffs rub all over, dont rub or pat so the rub dont clump up.

On Traeger with hickory pellets @225

The shank bone and knuckle pulled clean out.

Pulled pretty easy.

I wont do another shank again and next time into the kettle.
