I did not do a Step by Step since I posted one not long ago

One Pork butt and I got 12 packages of Regular and 4 Packages of Spicy

Stuffed into Sheep casings, 8 to the bag  let them freeze before Vac. sealing

 
Thanks Richie, a PITA by your self  I didn't add any water  and it was fairly stiff, Been a little more consistent If I would had a helper. But all in all I'm real happy

As Richie said, nice job on the stuffing.

Sometimes I have problems with sheep casing.

They are a little fragile, and I have some blowouts from time to time.

I guess I just have to take the time & slow down when stuffing them.

Hey Al, My first time I had a couple of blowouts (5 - 6 )   This time none  I soaked my casings for 3 days  they were silky smooth ans went on perfect.  Some of my links have more in them, but not too bad
