This came out pretty good considering I used to much fat.
Meat was leaned out as best I could you can see it
the fat is under it,ground once thru fine plate
Mixed with the KA using the dough hook
Filled the LEM up to the top
Cranked out 3 chubs
Smoked for 5 hours smoker ran a little hot with the sun shinning
in the window.had a little fat out. See it in the poaching pot
Ice bath then fridge till this morning Fried up nice
