Hi y'all. Just wondering what temperature and in what PIT y'all do pork ribs in and do you like lots of smoke flavor or mild?

I do pork ribs at 275* in any of the cookers: WSM, Kettle, or mini WSM.  I don't add a lot of wood chunks... maybe one or two small apple chunks very some mild smoke flavor.

250-275 in my GOSM with Pitmaster's Choice pellets!
