Here’s an 11 Lb shoulder I smoked on Thanksgiving on the kettle.Marinated with Cuban style seasoning.Wrapped at at 170.

Very nice feast of pork for your thanksgiving. I love the flavour when cooking in a Weber kettle. I gave mine to a friend and sort of regret it after seeing your post.
