Hey everyone. Just wondering if anyone's tried the 3-2-1 method for pork loin just like ribs. New to this awesome hobby and lovin my Sunday morning smokes

I can't answer your question 'cause I don't know.

Pork loins cook way too fast to do the 3-2-1 method. Not sure why you'd want to. An average loin will hit an IT of 145 in about 2 hours when running pit temps around 250.
 
I would think 3-2-1 would overcook & dry it out something terrible.
