Using what I learned yesterday I think I'm going to put a small pork loin on today. Not sure what I am gonna do with it yet, I thought maybe cut it so I can stuff it and roll it back up kinda like a fattie. Maybe put some lemon, garlic, butter and some of those green herbs in it. Or cut it open pound it out flat fill it full of veggies and cheese maybe some hamburger.
