Well, the wife and grand-kids chowed down on the smoked chicken breast I smoked today. (shared that thread earlier of the yard bird) I decided to make me a fully loaded thin sliced pork loin roast sandwich with slaw, purple onion and a little of my homemade BBQ sauce. (shared the thread of the loin yesterday) Dang it was tasty.
