Smoked a small Pork Loin yesterday for dinner, with double baked potato, string beans and finished with, an apple sauce,orange marmalade gravy. No pics of the meat til it was done busy day.


 this was done with Jeffs dry rub, rub is fantastic Sliced



Plated and ready to eat

Thanks guys sorry I didn't add the gravy recipe.

Here it is

                                                       Marmalade/Apple Sauce

3 Tbsp Orange Marmalade

1  4oz. Apple Sauce

1 Tbsp Butter

splash of Veg. oil
 1 Tbsp Flour

1/2 cup water

Directions

Melt butter and veg. oil stir in flour make (Roux )
add marmalade til soften add apple sauce mix well
add water stirring to make the gravy. If to thick add a
little more water.
