I've got a 7 lb boneless loin on the Weber kettle.  I needed the full 22.5 inches of grate for this hunk.  I rubbed it with mustard and Jeff's rub.  Cooking it indirect until IT of 145.  It's my first loin!

2 hrs later, IT 145.  I didn't monitor the smoker temp.  If it's dry, I'll cook it slower next time.  Like I said, I ain't done a loin before.

I wrapped it in foil and will let it rest an hour before slicing.  I gotta go make the rosemary roasted potatos!

It is juicy and full of flavor!  Better then pork chops exclaimed my Fiance!  Success!

Thanks for looking!

Nice job Mike!

Pork loins are a big favorite around here.

I love the flavor & they are so cheap at Sam's.
