Grilled some pork chops on the grill. Depending on weather, this may be it for the season. It gets too cold to keep heat. THe chop was tasty and we microwaved some twice baked taters.

Tasty, which is the main criteria.

Hard to beat a good grilled chop. I’d have to insulate that grill to keep cooking in the winter :)
 
Day time high today was 66F. It is the "hot" day for the week. High on Monday is 48F. WhooHooo, fall in Canada!
 
That is a fine looking pork chop!
I can’t help you with the cold weather, since I’m in Florida.
